#ENDSARS : Davido Celebrates as the 5 for 5 demands are being granted

As the Youths demand the end of SARS, A 5 for 5 request was made which has now being granted

Tabling this request, Davido had meeting with the inspector general of Police and then the House of Representatives.

The Nigerian Youth 5 for 5 demands are :

1. Unconditional release of all Protesters arrested during #SARSMUSTEND
2. Immediate Justice & Compensation for all Victims of Police Brutality
3. Set up independent body to investigate police misconduct

4. In line with the new police Act, psychological evaluation & retraining (to  be confirmed by an independent body) of all disbanded officers before they can be reemployment.

5. Increase police salary so that they are adequately compensated for protecting lives and property of citizens

However, after the meeting, the requests where granted.

Celebrating this, Davido wrote:

Minor victories and they’re all coming together.

Little by little. From social media, to the streets to the office of the Inspector General of Police to the office of the Speaker of the House of reps.

Each and every single one of our our voices is being heard! 5 for 5 granted.

Now let’s get some timelines and some action!

Most immediately all guilty officers arrested!

And no closed doors! Parade them like every other suspect !
