Court Dismisses Busola’s Rape Claims Against Coza Pastor – Order Her To Pay 1M for Damages
The once trending case has now been dismissed by Justice Oathman A. Musa
In the High Court of the Federal Capital Territory Abuja at Bwari.
The judge didn’t just dismissed the case but also asked Busola Dakolo to pay the sum of 1 million naira to the coza Pastor for damages.
Reason being that Busola was seeking cruelty against the pastor rather than justice.
Adding that it would have been 10 times the 1 million,
because the time of the court was wasted for no tangible reason but just had to tamper justice with mercy.
