Jian (Ken Zheng) is a counter-terrorism agent who uses his martial arts and clairvoyant abilities to apprehend the world’s most heinous criminals.
When he learns of a cover-up surrounding his brother’s alleged suicide, this lone wolf is forced to take an unexpected detour to Los Angeles.
