She also warned against spending too much to the point of going broke just after Valentine’s day.

Take your spouse to a lovely place, pay for the guys and change the analysis, take your gf out too and make her feel special. If you are single and even working, take yourself to a cool place after work and have a drink. Don’t go broke trying to celebrate Val. Just stay real and show some love to the special people in your life.”
