The Lead Pastor and Founder of the Commonwealth of Zion Assembly, or COZA, is Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo.

The branch in Ilorin opened its doors in 1999, followed by those in Abuja in 2008, Lagos in 2012, Port Harcourt in 2016, and Dubai in 2017.
