Well, Slimcase, a Nigerian rapper and hypeman, seems to be one of the people who have this thoughts.
Recently, the veteran Nigerian singer and activist, Charly Boy,
posted an old video of Obama while he was the US president during the Ebolas crises in his Instagram account.

The way Obama treated the matter, as opposed to Donald Trump, seems to have impressed Charly Boy and explained this in his post.

Slimcase commented on the post saying that COVID-19 is not a virus but a set up created for a purpose.
